Spring Pictures scrapbook page

This scrapbook layout may look familiar to those of you who took the Springtime Banner card class.

I used the same basic elements from that card and made it into a double page layout.

The base of the pages is crafted by
layering Basic Gray on top of Almost Amethyst. Each picture is framed with Certainly Celery. These colors along with Pretty in Pink and So Saffron coordinate with the Tea Party Designer Series Paper used in the background for SPRING.

Happy Birthday Mom

Here is a beautiful Spring card.

This card is on its way to my mother. It is her Birthday today. Her favorite color is purple, so I used Pale Plum and Perfect Plum card stock.

The tulip bulb is created with the wide oval and oval punches.

You could substitute Happy Easter instead of Happy Birthday.

I want to thank Marcia for inspiring me.

Springtime Banner Card

SPRING!The time of growth.
I look out in amazement every year as leaves begin to emerge from branches. The birds begin to sing.

I do LOvE the spring.
My allergies do not.

Using the Tea party Designer Series Paper and coordinating colors, I created this adorable Spring Banner Card.

This project features many embellishments, such as
Fresh Favorite II Colored ButtonsSoft Subtle and Rich Regal Brads
Pretty in Pink Designer Flower Brad
So Saffron Striped and Poly Twill RibbonPink Pirouette striped grosgrain ribbon
Pretty in Pink Striped ribbon.

The Daisy adorns the
 front cover and inside pages.

Take a little time to enjoy the beauty the world has to offer us.

Flowers over the fence

Last night while over at Lorries, stamping into the wee hours. Debbie shows me a card. It was one her sister sent her a while ago. It had retired stamps on it, but it was a great idea that totally inspired me.

I looked around the room and saw the perfect set to use. Best Wishes & More.

The fence is created using stamping a piece of Creamy Caramel card stock with the Sanded Background stamp using Close to Cocoa Classic Ink then punch out the smaller tag punch and sponge around the edge using Close to Cocoa Classic Ink

I LOvE it! Just totally neat.

Thanks Debbie and your sister, too for sending it to you!
